The mission of the Yachats Academy of Arts & Sciences is to provide educational and entertainment opportunities for people on the central Oregon coast. Sponsored by Polly Plumb Productions, we encourage the residents of the village of Yachats, Oregon to work with Academy board members to organize those events that they judge to be most enjoyable.

Journey to the high desert plateau of northern Argentina where the air is crystal clear and very dry. Experience salt flats, volcanoes, folded mountains and wind sculpted rock. Whle these features exist in other places, the concentration and diversity found in the Altiplano desert makes this area a unique and largely undiscovered place to visit.
This presentation will be held at the Yachats Community Presbyterian Church, 360 West 7th St, just a block north of the Commons.
