The mission of the Yachats Academy of Arts & Sciences is to provide educational and entertainment opportunities for people on the central Oregon coast. Exploring pi as a natural ratio has unlocked new areas of understanding in mathematics and the sciences. Exploring pie as a natural tasty treat has unlocked many delicious meals and desserts. Both topics will be covered in a rambling and somewhat informative conversation with those interested in mathematics, tasty food, or both.
